Originally from South Dakota, I am now a citizen
of the World. I have traveled widely during a dual career of Medicine and Music.
After 30 odd years in Clinical Medicine,
I decided music was more to my liking. I hold degrees in Music Literature and Classical Guitar Performance. My passion
is the Luthier's art, but I have been unable to settle down long enough to build professionally. I play a guitar I built in
the Shop of Ervin Symogii in 1975-76.
I have two adult children and two adult grand children.
2003-2004 I taught Classical guitar
and Music Appreciation at Arizona Western College/Northern Arizona University in Yuma, AZ
I have taught in China and Thailand since the year 2000.
I recently returned from teaching Oral English (2004-2005)
at Shanghai University, PR China.
My most recent sojourn in China was in Qingdao (2009)
